Our Mission Statement
The Holland Central School District’s Mission is to let each student become all that they are capable of being in a safe, caring, and supportive environment, where schools, home, and the community work in a cooperative partnership.
The Holland Central School District is located in semi-rural southern Erie County, noted for its beautiful rolling hills and countryside. While enjoying this setting, large metropolitan services available in Buffalo and its suburbs are just minutes away on Route 400, a modern divided highway.
The schools in Holland are the focal points of town activities. All residents enjoy accessibility to the district’s facilities.
The Holland Central School District includes all or part of eight townships. Currently there are approximately 900 students in grades Pre-K—12, 89 professional staff members, and 83 full and part-time classified staff members.
The grade structure is distributed in two buildings, Pre-K—6 and 7—12.
Holland offers a wide range of academic programs, enhanced by the Learning and Teaching Initiatives, outstanding music and art; well-rounded athletic offerings; and many extra-curricular opportunities.
The staff and community are proud of the achievement of students at all of Holland’s schools as they continue to perform above state and national averages. The school encourages broad based participation by parents and others in the community through shared decision making teams at all of the buildings.
