High School

The High School project consists of renovations and infrastructure improvements to the High School Building as follows:

• Tech/STEM Space Renovations: Full demolition of existing footprint and installation of new finishes, existing equipment, new equipment and all associated MEPFP infrastructure.
• Building Control Upgrades: Full replacement and update to the Building Management System for MEPFP Controls.
• Site improvements include installation of new concrete pad, fencing and infrastructure for a new Dust Collector to service the new Tech Space and some minor hardscapes work for a new Overhead Door entry point to the space.

Middle School

The Middle School project consists of major renovations, site work and infrastructure improvements to the Middle School Building as follows:

• Site Improvements:
  1. Reconstruction of existing tennis courts for the conversion to a synthetic turf playing surface.
  2. Construction of a new play equipment area including new infrastructure and equipment for community and District use.
  3. Stormwater improvements/replacement of storm piping.
• Emergency Service Updates: Renovations to include new EM lighting throughout, new gas shutoff valve replacements and additions and miscellaneous emergency power generation hookups.
• Building Control Upgrades: Full replacement and update to the Building Management System for MEPFP Controls.
• Boiler System Replacement: Full replacement of existing Boiler System and install of new system to include all equipment, Domestic Water systems, Controls, Pumps, etc.
• Roof Replacement: Selective Roof replacements and repairs in various areas to achieve new 30-year and 20-year warranties.
• Main Office A/C and Ceiling Replacement: Renovation of ceilings and lighting to accommodate full replacement of existing mechanical equipment and new equipment install to add air conditioning service to the Space. Scope includes some exterior sitework for new concrete pads, landscaping, etc. to accommodate new ground-mounted Condensing Units.

Elementary School

The Harold O. Brumsted Elementary School project consists of infrastructure improvements to the Elementary School Building as follows:

• Building Control Upgrades: Full replacement and update to the Building Management System for MEPFP Controls.
