Interested in running for the Board of Education?
There will be two upcoming vacancies on the Holland Central School District BOE. Both seats carry five-year terms of office running from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031. These positions will be filled during the Budget Vote and Board Member Election on May 19, 2026.
Those pursuing a seat may obtain informational packets at the Business Office beginning Monday, March 2. Packets are available for pickup during regular business hours, between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. To appear on the ballot, candidates must submit their completed petitions with the required signatures by 5 p.m. on April 20, 2026. Voter Qualifications:
- Must be a US citizen
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be a district resident for at least 30 days prior to May 19, 2026
Early Voting/Absentee Application & Ballot:
- Absentee/early voting ballots may be requested by any qualified voter who will be unable to vote in-person
- Requests for an absentee/early voting application must be made to the District Clerk at 716-537-8209 or via email: sradecki@hollandcsd.org
- Applications for an absentee/early voting ballot must be received by the District Clerk at least 7 days before the election
- Absentee/early voting ballots must be received in the office of the District Clerk by 5pm on the day of the vote
