The Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Office is excited to announce that beginning with the 2026-2027 school year, we will be using the Collaboration Portal, a secure electronic communication system, to share Committee on Special Education (CSE), Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE), and Section 504 documents with families.
Parents and guardians will receive an email notification whenever a document is shared. The email will include instructions and an access code to safely log in and access your child's information. Through the portal, you will be able to:
- Access important information in a secure and convenient manner
- Electronically sign required forms
- Submit completed documents directly to the district
The following documents will be delivered electronically through the Collaboration Portal and no longer mailed home:
- Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Section 504 Plans
- Meeting notices and invitations
- Parent consent forms
- Prior Written Notices
- Progress reports
Our goal is to provide families with timely, secure, and convenient access to important information while reducing delays associated with paper mailings. Please look for emails from our secure Collaboration Portal throughout the school year, as some communications may require prompt review and action.
