At the May 21, 2024 Annual School Budget Vote and Board Member Election, there will be one (1) vacant seat currently held by Mrs. Mary Jo Szucs. The candidate receiving the highest vote total will be elected to a 5-year term to commence on July 1, 2024 and expire on June 30, 2029.

Board candidates must be:
- At least 18 years old
- A qualified voter of the school district
- A Holland School District resident for at least one full year before the election
- Able to read and write
Board candidates cannot:
- Be a current employee of Holland Central School District
- Live in the same household with a family member on the HCSD Board of Education
- Be an employee of the school board
Nomination Requirements:
- Candidates running for school board will need at least 25 signatures of qualified voters in the district
- Nominating petitions and applicable forms are due in the office of the district clerk no later than 30 days prior to the election
