1) EACH APPLICATION WILL COVER ALL STUDENTS FROM YOUR HOUSEHOLD WHO ARE ENROLLED IN OUR DISTRICT (THEIR NAMES MUST BE ON THE APPLICATION).

2) AN APPROVED APPLICATION IS GOOD FOR THE CURRENT SCHOOL YEAR ONLY.  YOU MUST REAPPLY EVERY YEAR.

3) YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CHILD'S LUNCH ACCOUNT UNTIL THE APPLICATION IS APPROVED.  WE RECOMMEND SENDING IN A BAGGED LUNCH OR LUNCH MONEY UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AN APPROVAL LETTER.
