Mrs. Mommertz teaches 7^th and 8^th grade math at Holland Middle School. She knew from a second grade that she wanted to become a math teacher! She has always loved math and helping others learn, and she had some great teachers as role models. Mrs. Mommertz went to SUNY Geneseo for her undergrad where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and her NYS Certification in Math (7-12). She also has a Master of Science degree in Math Education from SUNY Fredonia.

This is Mrs. Mommertz’s seventh year teaching at Holland. She loves the small town/school atmosphere and the faculty and students. When she isn’t at school, Mrs. Mommertz loves to spend time with her family. They enjoy skiing, hiking, camping and going to the beach.
