Mr. Barnett teaches self-contained special education at Holland Middle School. He knew from an early age that he wanted to be a teacher and coach. He knows the importance of education and understand that it doesn’t come easy for all of us. It didn’t come easy for Mr. Barnett and he uses his own experience to help students excel and persevere in something difficult. He graduated from Buffalo State College with a bachelor's degree in History and received a master's degree in special education from Medaille College.

This is Mr. Barnett’s fifth year at Holland. He also serves as the JV Assistant Coach for the East Aurora/Holland Blue Devils. His favorite thing about teaching at Holland is the community involvement in the school and the great students.
