• Retirement Waiver - Section 211

    Section 211 of Retirement and Social Security Law – Employment Waiver Notification Effective July 1, 2017

    Mark Whyle received approval for temporary employment as a retiree under Section 211 of the Retirement and Social Security Law. This temporary employment as an Interim Business Official for the Holland Central School District will run from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018. The compensation package for this employment is authorized at a salary of $500.00 per day. As a retiree, Mr. Whyle reserves that right to receive his pension while employed with the Holland Central School District.
